Cycling and Mountainbiking with Panoramic View
through colourful meadows, passing idyllic lakes and places of interest,
1500 km of cycle paths along comfortable, well-maintained routes - for instance around the Forggen lake (32km), and fantastic mountainbike trails in the mountains. Biking through our picture-perfect landscape is so much fun and balsam for the soul. Added to that, enjoying a picnic or as it is known in Germany, „Brotzeit“, in one of our mountain huts or restaurants will be a special highlight.
For cyclists who like to travel part of the trail by bus – Ostallgäu service buses are free of charge for bicycles. Well known biker trails come through our community, such as Bodensee-Königsee-trail and the Romantic Road.
